#205: Add prereleases to get-fedora-all or a link to them

Comment (by robyduck):

Yes I agree with linking the get-prerelease page in the "ALL" options, see
 rev 76d80da.

On the mainpage we'll keep the beta-banner for some other few days before
switching to the countdown banner. This should make the Beta release more
visible on our main fpo page. In the meanwhile the external counter is
already working for the third part pages.

I think we should remake all the download pages, or at least "syncronize"
them better. Now we have also the ARM Beta release which actually is not
available on our pages, and the Cloud Images now are also included in the
 prerelease page.\\
So, images are becoming more and more and we risk to create confusion
between end users by adding links and new ISOs everywhere, IMHO. I would
be more happy if we keep only the most used Beta releases on our get-
prerelease page, adding an Alpha/Beta section for 2nd arches and cloud in
get-fedora-options (which should appear only when we are on pre-release
state); just an idea but what about deepen this topic a little bit more?
