#202: Random banner for desktop, cloud, spins, 2nd arches

 We want to create random banners to advertise other Fedora releases,
 instead of the static "Spins" one we actually have in
 https://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora on the right sidebar.

 The four banners have been created [1][2][3][4] and they should link to
 the corresponding tab at ​http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-options
 (cloud, desktop, secondary arch, spins).

 Actual size is 200x100 pixel, let's see if it looks good or if we should
 replace them with 200x75 pixel (the size the actual grey "spins" banner
 has).

 We can partially use the random script we have on the right side in
 spins.fp.o, which rotates randomly the available spins.
