I actually do not see an 'add an attachment link in the view of the bug I
have presently.
I have placed it [[https://gallery.herrold.com/fedora-wiki-watchlist-
error.png]] and tried wiki markup ... testing ... yup -- that link now
works, but I cannot see how to upload it as the Trac doco suggest
Please advise if this is not visible
