#198: The build freezes sometimes

The first reason to get a freeze during the build was transifex-client
being stuck at some point. This is not the case any more as we moved POs
 pulling outside of the build.

The only other reason that I have is about wrong RSS file, that we fail to
parse correctly. There could be an infinite loop at some point.
We already corrected something similar 2 years ago, but there could be a
 similar issue.

Last freeze was few days ago, and it got stuck for several hours until I
killed it. I have noticed the Fedora Planet Android app being crashing as
well (no feed, blank results) on the same time. It got resolved alone on
both at the approximated same time.

Therefore, we can probably improve the Fedora Planet RSS feed.
Anyone noticing this error again would be nice to save the RSS feed in
 order for us to debug.
