I propose to rename the directories:
* fel -> electronic-lab
* design -> design-suite
and to delete the redirect rule on apache. To do on f19-alpha branch and
before D-day, to have it alive when Alpha release is available.
To keep the old links working we should rather think about a rewrite rule,
for example:
RewriteRule http://spins.fedoraproject.org/design/
http://spins.fedoraproject.org/design-suite/ [R=301,L,NC]
