 I played a bit around with a CSS menu, just because we want to avoid JS. I
 don't know if this is a good solution, because it includes hard links and
 is a nav bar. Better would be having a template, but perhaps you can give
 us some feedback on that.

 Is this kind of drop down menu what you were thinking about?
