Yes it takes you to the same page as the Ubuntu one you linked, for every
single instance. I don't know the right procedure but I think you need a
valid account to download it.
Could you please tell us which link you mean exactly?
The 'launch' is on the top of the column and at mouseover you will see a
description title, much better than having 20 buttons with 'launch'
written on it, IMHO.
