at the moment changing region keep the same Countries.
it will help us stop eg. Region: Asia Pacific, Country: Brazil.

I am thinking page css nested lists.

I think that's a very good idea and I can't see that being a problem. I would think folks in Freemedia would appreciate it too. As a side note, this currently resides on the infrastructure repo, however, we can definitely assist you in getting those patches submitted to them for this.
