it seems the mirror is not working actually, we will check it and contact them. In the meanwhile you can download the ISO file from:

http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/18/Live/i386/Fedora-18-i686-Live-Desktop.iso

or you can use the torrent from:

http://torrent.fedoraproject.org/torrents/Fedora-18-i686-Live-Desktop.torrent
