Kevin,

I worked with Level3 and they told me their client or your upstream
provider is the one blocking 2001:5B0::/32 le /49. Below is the traceroute
from them. When I traceroute I stopped at 2001:1900:5:1::25E. I believe
your upstream provider is RIPE Network. Can you work with them on this?
