License for web content?

I want to use the slide 4 of the banner on fedoraproject.org in a
presentation that I'm doing for Fedora for SFD, but I can't find clear
licensing on the content - the only thing that I could see is an "all
rights reserved" at the bottom of the front page - but I don't think
that's correct, is it? Where can I find what the actual license is?
Forgive me if I'm being dense and not looking in the right place.

Thanks!
