I will see the pre-release page as example this days. \\
It's indeed not useful for the end-user if a document link, which hasn't
been translated, redirects to the main page in the local language. It
would be much better if it points as alternative to the original en-US
page.\\
It's better reading a desired document in english than not reading it at
all, IMHO.
