 = Systems =
The fedora badges stack (Tahrir, fedbadges consumer, and tahrir-api) are
at a point in which they can be deployed to staging. However How they
should be deployed is up in the air.
3 systems need to be deployed:
 - Some sort of database (postgres, mysql, etc)
 - The Tahrir webapp (pyramid wsgi app)
 - The Fedbadges fedmsg consumer

 = recommendation =
Depending on how many systems will eventually be linked into fedbadges it
might be prudent to create badges01 and use that as the basis for the
consumers. The web app needs to be able to see the same database as the
 fedmsg consumers.
