Created and updated ticket #119 for Fudcon EMEA Paris 2012 [1].
With the commit 3dcc3a I completed the pages with the wiki-informations and changed the logo, which still was the Fudcon Milan one.
I think we could merge the commit, as actually the pages have a partially wrong content (and logo).
More detailled informations could be inserted later, IMHO.

close the ticket and reopen one for
- static pages for FUDCon EMEA
- linking to past FUDCons per region (in the static home page, that
would be at the bottom if an upcoming FUDCon is defined?)
