 As written in ML here [1] I started maing a draft of the fudcon.fp.o
 pages. It's a first draft on which I want to continue, but I'd like to
 know if this is the right way. Otherwise I'm open for any suggestions:
 * Modified the index page, only EMEA FUDCOn will be present
 * Index of EMEA: the image logo_scitta.png has to be created for Paris,
 also the fudcon_splash.png (it shows Milan)
 * I don't know anytyhing about prices of transport (from airport, within
 the city...); ok, could search but if someone can help me this could be
 fine
 * The agenda is empty
 * I inserted only the Fudbup as event (has to be completed)
 * Registration page points on #pre-registration wiki page

 I add the patch file, which include also 2 new images.
