I don't have any objection to this and it sounds like a good idea.
I do like the suggestion of adding a link to it in the "Welcome" email you
get from FAS after you register.
In looking at the commit access to fedora-web.git, it looks like you have
it. Go ahead and create the page in /fedoraproject.org/data/content/ in
the f17-alpha branch. If you have any questions, ping me in #fedora-
