Thanks for your response. The IP address isn’t giving a web page any longer. I have found that the ISP is DNSSLAVE.COM out of Kansas City, Missouri. The good news is they are no longer hitting us. That IP is not owned by any Fedora Project Infrastructure servers.
A standard install of Fedora Linux with the apache web server will display a test page until the owner changes it. This is likely what you are seeing – someone who happens to be using Fedora Linux on that system. Compton I’m not sure who to reach out to… our internal phone system was shut down this afternoon with hundreds of SIP requests per minute from 199.119.225.191. opening this IP address in a browser takes me to the Fedora Test page.
