 We had a quick discussion in #fedora-websites. In the interim the group
 will create static html site until the application is packaged, approved
 and deployed.
 I created a basic working site for fudcon.fp.o and added it to the fedora-
 web git repo (1).

 I think from an infra pov, there are still a few pieces (dns, update site
 build scripts, etc) required to get this available publicly but it should
 be simple to accomplish. I'm thinking we should also setup fudcon.stg.fp.o
 domain too.
