Any news here? I think we would like to have:
1. What tools will be needed to create this site?
2. Is the websites team going to work on this (possibly with others
added)?
3. Is the site intended to be static/just info? Or will there need to be
user signups/database interaction?
4. Whats our timeline for getting this written and deployed?
