I don't know what our policy is, but their description says:
"Graphics Planet is a window into the world of people involved in free 
software development in the field of computer graphics and publishing." 
I know a lot of people aggregated there and they do FOSS.

And I expect their aggregator to have Adobe references, just as our 
Planet has Ubuntu, Windows and OS X stuff from time to time.
