that is simply wrong, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swiss_German. The de_CH
was introduced because the Swiss people don't have "ß" (Unicode U+00DF) and
they have some more phrases that aren't common in Germany (and vice versa).

One of the first guys who translated the Fedora static websites to German
is from Switzerland and really disliked the "ß", that's why the locale was
switched from de_DE to de_CH.

And no, no "ß" within the German static Fedora websites is not an option to
me, the German language has and uses the "ß".
