Usability of 'Reset Password' form.

In the screenshot, "Screenshot-Reset Password for fedora .png"
if the user enters a password less than eight characters, then he sees the next web page stating the minimum requirements of the password( Screenshot: Screenshot-Fedora Accounts System - Min req for password.png ) .
Thus forcing the user to hit the back button; and again enter a new password.

My suggestion is to put the "minimum password requirements" on the 'Reset password' web page.
