[FES Ticket] - Better access to user support channels

Hello,
          My name is Jose. I am working with FES on a ticket which
involves trying to create a better method to get access to the various
support methods in fedora. One good method that has been identified is
listed under the ticket and the various discussions are in the comments.

A good direction identified was to create a video tutorial website which could have screen casts for new users(http://screencasts.ubuntu.com/). 

And another method of chaos but of use for end users could be a forum.

It would be nice if I could get some suggestions regarding the same :)
