Alexander, 

The page you have discovered was imported from the previous wiki software, moin moin, on 2008-05-24. At that time it appears the commands were lost. The page in question was last edited on 2009-07-22. The missing commands were never replaced. I will attempt to contact those that have edited the page in the past to see if they can help correcting the errors.
