[PATCH] Show main nav for NL (and other languages)

We got a an report that the main nav hides the Contribute string for the Dutch languages. I suspect it may happen with other ones too but poking briefly couldn't find one. I played around to try to fix that problem but also put something in place that doesn't break stuff for other languages. This is what i got.

Let me know if this is OK or a better way to do this.
