This is great! One thing I would throw in there - maybe make it a second
column in the FAQ section - is the common bugs list which I believe gets
updated every release with the most frequently-reported issues & has
workarounds listed where possible -

I think if we can work that in somehow then this page is pretty perfect!

Good point. I think the page looks great and it gives the visitor explicit directions on what to follow.

Jef did mention on IRC that a "submitting a bug report" may be relevant on this page too. I would think possibly as step #4. Any thoughts around that?
