If tested this myself using the files found at: http://archive.kernel.org/fedora-alt/spins/linux/releases/13/Spins/x86_64/ These were linked from: http://spins.fedoraproject.org/security/#downloads Using sha256sum, the ISO file verifies fine for me (and the gpg signature on the CHECKSUM file also verifies). The checksum you list above is the correct checksum.
