package introduction for new users

how can i go about starting to build a website for the project to have a page to introduce new packages for new users. This is good way to introduce Fedora and to update the content like roll out 3 packages in the week. Give information about them basics how to install graphically or CLI. What do you think sijis. How can i make that happen.
