I tried to build the index.html.LANG for fedoraproject.org module on Fedora-Rawhide box.
[sshedmak@dhcp6-72 fedoraproject.org]$ make mr

[sshedmak@dhcp6-72 out]$ ls

counter.html.mr get-fedora.html.mr get-help.html.mr join-fedora.html.mr rss.html.mr verify.html.mr
e get-fedora-kde.html.mr get-prerelease.html.mr keys.html.mr sponsors.html.mr
[sshedmak@dhcp6-72 out]$ firefox index.html.mr &
** Issue ** arabic characters gets displayed in ~/index.html.mr.
I have attached the screenshot of ~/index.html.mr [showing Arabic characters].
I also tried:
[sshedmak@dhcp6-72 fedoraproject.org]$ make all
** Issue ** visibility of Arabic characters at ~/index.html.<lang> is seen for all locales listed in po/LINGUAS file.
Additionally, index.html.<lang> builds successfully for talk.fedoraproject.org for 'mr' locale. [screenshot attached]
