Problem with Fedora People RSS Feed

My rss reader can't load the Fedora People RSS feed anymore because
there is a problem with re-encoding link urls.  I see this error in my
Firefox Error Console, I'm using Brief as my RSS reader.

Error: not well-formed

The '&' need to be turn into entities, which they are in the feed for
the blog.
