Sure, there are 'i386' versions which are what you are looking for, if
you want to directly download the installation DVD:

http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/9/Fedora/i386/iso/Fedora-9-i386-DVD.iso

or for the LiveCD:

http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/9/Live/i686/Fedora-9-i686-Live.iso

There are also BitTorrent and Jigdo (for the installation media)
downloads available at http://get.fedoraproject.org
