Do you mean if a user selects 32 bit, 64bit and ppc disappear
altogether? same with the other sections? I thought of this and
played with it a bit. (If that was not your comment, please ignore
me and also please clarify?)

As a user I am mostly disconcerted with things disappearing from and
appearing on the screen. There are exceptions, and I think this idea
is worth playing with more. It would really clean up the screen, but I
am not sure it would change the distracting scrolling we have now.

It in fact may make it worse:

1-User selects 32 bit, the other options disappear, and the 'flavor'
sections shows up, and scrolls the page a little to make room for
itself.

2-The user selects a custom spin, the flavor sections shrinks, page
scrolls a little, the spins section grows, page scrolls a little.

3-User selects GAMEs spin, custom spins sections shrinks, page
scrolls, download options appears, page scrolls...

Anyway, I am going to play around with this idea some more...

Thanks for the comments,
