The CSS file (http://fedoraproject.org/style.css) is relatively referencing the border images that are not present at http://spins.fedoraproject.org/.
I haven't yet edited anything here (or know if I even can), but that would seem to be the issue to me.

I was scrolling through the weblogs, and noticed that we spent over 2.25
GB of bandwidth in February alone service 404 pages.
Dunno if anyone wants to look into this, but I thought I'd throw it out
there.
