Perhaps we can set header_filter_rules to hold messages with headers matching: ^From:.*webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx* ^From:.*fedora-websites-list@xxxxxxxxxxx* (or substitute some better-thought out regexes there).
