There should be instructions relatively generic SSH key generation instructions at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Cryptography (which should create a public key file at ~/.ssh/id_dsa.pub). On windows, I think you can use PuTTYgen (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html) to generate a key, then export it to the standard format (See http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/0.60/htmldoc/Chapter8.html#pubkey-puttygen for the relevant documentation.)
