I'm not sure about the "Disable the Account" option, but if you want to edit pages on the wiki, you should read through http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/WikiEditing and either add yourself to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EditGroupQueue or ask somebody to add you to the EditGroup.
