Presuming you mean, Wiki has an entropy that makes it get worse over
time, unless we applying principals of gardening?  I.e., pruning,
weeding, seeding, planting, watering, etc.

We need to implement some additional governance.  I've got some of them
on the DocsProject/Tasks list:

* Page ownership
* Formalizing the work flow to make changes to certain pages (such as
top-level project pages)
  - http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/WikiWorkflow
* Public opening of the permissions at Docs/Drafts
  - I think they are open (mainly), but we could encourage people to
start content there that is only for the community
* Better and clearer (and shorter) guidelines
  - http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/WikiEditing is good but long; too
long?  How to do this better?
