I don't think we should remove it (yet), but the page can be tagged as
deprecated.
The instructions seem to be intermixed with other possibly still
relevant instructions.
Also some web searches are turning up rhold website. Possibly you can
add a robots file to avoid google from caching this website.
Google's crawlers will follow 403 redirects.
I am talking about rhold.fp.o if that wasnt clear.
