We're trying to create a sane way to link from Docs/Beats/Foo to Docs/Beats/Bar. * [:Docs/Beats/Bar:Docs/Beats/Bar] does not make sane XML. * http://fp.o/wiki/Docs/Beats/Bar is wrong because it points back to the alpha source, instead of into itself. Having a standard, we can at least get something regular to run a search-and-replace processing operation on. For example, if we stuck with _just_ the beat name: "For more information, refer to [:./PackageNotesJava:PackageNotesJava]." Then we can find that <xref> and add a "sn-" in front of the LINKEND attribute, and it should work. Is it possible that the links can also be relative and work from within the Wiki?
