The only reliable way that I can imagine is to add a field to the Account 
System for wiki names.  People haven't been 100% consistent in the naming 
conventions.  I can imagine some practical flaws in trying to generate new 
wiki accounts based upon the Account System, so that's not a road worth 
pursuing.
