Re: New, used, Lenovo - WiFi not detected

**NORMALLY** I go to Lenovo's support pages for bios updates, download the ISO image boot and update.

I have done this on x120e and x140e that I have.

But the one I downloaded for the x131e is NOT working!

I may have the bios update function currently locked.  Will have to check.

Oh, and years past I have done this for HP notebooks.  It IS scary.  Do you REALLY want to update the bios firmware you are asked?  Like really???  :)

Good point.  I *normally* do that on a system from ebay.  Getting the
latest right now.
