I am sending the mail with Thunderbird, which is used to have its sending option set to automatic (If no styling is in the mail it is sent as plain text, otherwise it is sent as html with a text fallback) and people requested that I stop sending html, so I changed the option to send the mail as html and text, which is the mail client will select which on to use.
I didn't want to have to flip flop between sending options depending on where I was sending the mail to.
