As I said above with the dnf command shown it says nothing provides the specified file but "dnf provides /usr/lib64/libwayland-client.so.0" says it is provided by libwayland-client-1.23.0-2.fc41.x86_64, but /usr/lib64/libwayland-client.so.0 is not what Totem is using.
dnf provides /usr/lib64/libwayland-client.so.0
