You might want to think that over because all it takes is one typo and
you'll probably lose your train of thought before it comes back from the
unwanted hibernation. It might be better to create a desktop launcher
with that as the command. (It's a lot easier and less error prone to
create a launcher than a .desktop file to do the same thing.)

IIRC KDE/Plasma already has that as a selectable option under Shutdown
in the Kicker menu. Gnome might also have it, I wouldn't know.
Yes, it's one of the options under the power button.
