What trivial variation are you seeing. The non-cached reads are going
to be maxing out the SATA connection with the SSD.

/dev/nvme0n1p7:

You have an nvme drive, so it's not going over SATA and will be much
faster than a regular SSD. The variations in your measurements are just
noise.
