    Thanks Barry, I've registered on the kde mail list, I'll ask on
    there. I've also noticed that the Gnome settings don't have those
    setting either and neither does Gnome_tweaks. I have seen those
    settings before and turned them on but forgot about them, what I
    can't remember is whether that was under Wayland or Xorg, I suspect
    Xorg as I don't like Wayland because it has never worked properly
    with KDE, but I can check if they are there under Xorg.
