Well, I am back on 39

Hi All,

I had to give up on 40 and go back to 39.

I could not print on my Brother HL-L2300D. The light
would flash and nothing. And I did install
Brother's linux-brprinter-installer-2.2.4-1.gz
driver.

So I fired up a Xfce Live USB and configured the printer.
Same symptom. This time it was not my local install
causing the problem. I have to print, so I recovered
to 39.

And I got back my xinit/lightdm problem in 39 too.
Turns out the problem is something in my profile.
I will find it! <Maniacal laughter>

So it looks like I am stuck on 39 until I can get my
printer to print on a 41 live usb.

Thank you all for all your patience and help!
