The signing keys for Windows, Fedora and Ubuntu are not disappearing from the Bios table, mokutil says the key is still enrolled, it is just disappearing from the driver. I have rebuilt the 6.10.12 kernel driver which put the keys back and the 6.11.3 kernel driver has been built with the signing key.
