If you have RPMFusion enabled, then `rpm-ostree install pipewire-codec-aptx`. If you don't have RPMFusion, then I don't know what to try. There's a fair number of discussions about bluetooth, wireplumber, piperwire, aac, sbc, and friends. At times things look as bad as the 1990s.
