There are several ways. I detest UUID so I prefer /dev/ entries.
/dev/VG_Name/LV_Name or /dev/mapper/VG_Name-LV_Name
Note that when you use mapper names slashes (/) are replaced by single
hyhpen (-) and hyphens are replaced by double hyphens (--).
